EMMA'S LIBRARY

Privacy Policy

Effective July 28, 2026

Emma's Library, operated by Pulse Intelligences, is an audiobook and learning service. This policy explains what information we use, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

How we use information

We use this information to provide playback and downloads, sync your library, secure accounts, verify Premium access, operate learning and group features, maintain past early-access records, review community-safety reports, enforce blocks, answer support requests, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and comply with applicable obligations.

Service providers and disclosure

We use service providers for hosting and delivery, email, authentication, payments, and App Store distribution, including Cloudflare, Resend, Google, Stripe, and Apple when their feature is used. They process information for those services under their own terms and our arrangements with them. We do not sell personal information or use third-party advertising SDKs in the iPhone or iPad app.

Retention and security

Account-linked information is kept while your account is active and as reasonably needed to operate, secure, and meet legal obligations. We use encrypted network transport, signed purchase verification, short-lived sign-in links, and device-protected session storage. No system can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You may use the public catalog without an account. In the app, you can sign out or permanently delete your Emma account and synced data. Deleting an Emma account does not cancel an Apple subscription; manage it in your Apple Account subscription settings. You can ask us to remove past early-access interest at any time. You may also ask to access, correct, export, or delete information by emailing library@pulseintelligences.com. Applicable law may provide additional rights and exceptions.

Children

Emma's Library serves a general audience and includes an optional Kids filter, but the account and subscription service is not directed specifically to children under 13. A parent or guardian should manage accounts and purchases for younger listeners. Contact us if you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate permission.

International use and changes

Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. We may update this policy as the service or law changes and will post the revised effective date here.
